The ‘Leprosy Care – We Love Them’ initiative is a compassionate endeavor focused on delivering holistic care and support to individuals affected by leprosy. Led by James Bandela, a dedicated team will visit leprosy colonies once a month to assess needs and provide vital assistance. Each visit will include the distribution of clothes and household essentials to address immediate requirements. Furthermore, James Bandela will impart messages of hope, faith, and empowerment, drawing inspiration from the Word of God to uplift the spirits of those they serve. As James Bandela shares, ‘We love them because Jesus loves and He healed them; that’s why we share the Love of Jesus and believe they are equal in His eyes.’ Despite the stigma surrounding leprosy, we recognize their inherent worth and strive to demonstrate the unconditional love of Christ. In the Bible, we find wisdom about leprosy, emphasizing the importance of spiritual healing alongside physical healing. While physical leprosy can be cleansed and healed, spiritual leprosy poses a greater danger, with eternal consequences. Through our prayers and support, we aim to bless these individuals, recognizing their spiritual needs and offering hope for eternity.
